什么是FCC認(rèn)證？
FCC認(rèn)證是針對在美國制造或銷售的電子電氣產(chǎn)品的一種產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證。它證明產(chǎn)品發(fā)出的無線電頻率在聯(lián)邦通信委員會 (FCC) 批準(zhǔn)的限制范圍內(nèi)。
認(rèn)證范圍
FCC根據(jù)發(fā)射的射頻類型制定了測試電子和電氣設(shè)備的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。所有的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)被收錄于聯(lián)邦法規(guī)47 CFR中，其中，按照裝置類型可以分為以下幾個類型：
1) FCC Part 15 -射頻設(shè)備
2) FCC Part 18 -工業(yè)，科學(xué)和醫(yī)療設(shè)備
3) FCC Part 22 -蜂窩電話
4) FCC Part 24 -個人通訊系統(tǒng)
5) FCC Part 68 -所有類型的電信終端設(shè)備
6) FCC Part 74 -實驗性廣播，輔助，特殊廣播和其他節(jié)目分發(fā)服務(wù)
7) FCC Part 90 -個人陸地移動無線服務(wù)

認(rèn)證流程
Step1：寄送樣品，提交技術(shù)文件
Step2：確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品適用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
Step3：確認(rèn)認(rèn)證程序，SDOC或者Certification
Step4：產(chǎn)品測試
SDOC：第三方實驗室完成測試
Certification：需在FCC認(rèn)可實驗室完成測試
Step5：批準(zhǔn)
SDOC：責(zé)任方需要確保產(chǎn)品符合FCC法規(guī)，保存文件資料，提交符合性申明文件
Certification：需要取得FCC ID注冊號，向TCB機構(gòu)提出申請認(rèn)證，獲取證書
FCC ID是設(shè)備完成FCC注冊后的唯一識別代碼。FCC ID由兩部分組成，第一部分是Grantee code，3-5位英文和數(shù)字的組成。第二部分是product code，由grantee分配。

FCC標(biāo)簽要求
1. FCC ID，產(chǎn)品名稱，型號，相關(guān)方名稱，地址，聯(lián)系電話，以及FCC logo
2. 符合FCC法規(guī)的申明，
Part 15的產(chǎn)品，需要提供以下類似的申明：
Class A 類產(chǎn)品：This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense
Class B類產(chǎn)品：This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
